My selling experience with Michelle is fantastic! Michelle is very kind and professional to guide me through the whole selling process with her acute market sense and well organized campaign. She help me to make a lot of right choices. With her dedicated hard work and great communications, I achieved the result better than I expected. Michelle and Ian makes excellent Fletchers team. I strongly recommend Michelle and Fletchers Blackburn.

Rob is wonderful to work with, he has great knowledge, personality and a very good team of people working for him. He worked his butt off on the day to get the best for myself and my family. Highly recommend him.

Rob was amazing. He kept us in the loop the whole time. His knowledge of the market was spot on. He worked his butt off to get us a result that we were happy with, even running himself just in time for his next auction. Our only disappointment was that we didn’t get to celebrate with him at the end. Don’t worry Rob we will catch up with you very soon and have a drink together. Thanks to all your team too. You all did a great job

Robert’s market knowledge, particularly of Nunawading and surrounding suburbs is second to none. He is an excellent communicator and negotiator and is clearly a people- person. His professionalism is outstanding. He was the first agent that we saw regarding the sale of our home and there was simply no need to see anyone else afterwards. Robert clearly loves what he does and it shone through in every interaction we had with him. My wife and I admire him and we wish him and his wife Jeanne (who provided excellent administrative support) every success in the future.

Without Michelle's Multi-lingual skills, (so important in this area), I doubt we would have achieved the sale that we did. Given the state of the market and he factors against us that weekend, I believe she was the difference between getting a sale and not. She is extremely reliable and easy to work with, but she does not sugar-coat any situation and tells it like it is.

From the first instance the advice and contacts Mark and Rob Fletcher supplied me with have recreated a disaster area into a very successful campaign and sale. Mark has always been available with his experience and salient advice. The process of painting, cleaning and preparing for sale was expertly handled. I thank the Fletchers for an excellent result.

When we choosing agents Rob stood out as the friendliest and easiest to talk to, as both a buyer and a seller. We were impressed by his ability to connect with our needs and understand the market. He kept us extremely well informed throughout the campaign. At the auction, he gained an impressive result and we were so happy to have worked with the whole Fletchers team. They made the process calm , easy and very successful.

We chose Rob because he had extensive experience and knowledge in our area (Nunawading). His communication was clear, open and always timely and he demonstrated at all stages that he was completely engaged with our property and the sale process. He provided us with information that allowed us to make informed decisions every step of the way. Rob met every commitment he made and was an absolute pleasure to deal with throughout. He was clearly well supported by an organised and highly capable sales team. We were extremely pleased with his auction 'performance' and the eventual sales outcome. Would recommend with total confidence.
