We have always found Rob to be a most professional & personable agent at all times. Having had a long relationship & now sold 2 properties with Rob, we had no hesitation in listing our last property for sale with him, and once again, achieving a wonderful result for this sale. He always provided us with - among many other details - feedback on the property - both positive & negative ( & what needed to be to done to change the negative), & the details in regards to pre & post open for inspections. He always has a positive & friendly manner, is very approachable, & was always happy to answer questions however minor they seemed. We also appreciate the work done behind the scenes by Rob's efficient team at Fletchers in Blackburn, who also contributed greatly to the sale of the property. We have no hesitation in recommending him ( & his team), & will use him again if the need arises in future.

We purchased and sold our property with Rob and the experience could not have been easier. Rob was always very clear and honest in his market intelligence and offered great advise when we requested it. We trusted him wholeheartedly through out the process and were never let down. Thanks to Rob great networking and foresight, we were able to sell off the market which was a perfect result for us as we were living overseas. The whole process was seamless due to Rob's attention to detail and prompt handling of all matters. We could not recommend him highly enough. He is also supported by a wonderful team.

I often hear people talking about hard working agents. Now I know what that means. Ben is an examplary agent. Not only is he working at all hours, following up and looking for opportunities, but he is also cares about people. He cares about his clients and he is also sensitive to the motivations and needs of buyers. Both are important in what can be a tense process. Ben is also a specialist in selling houses in the bushy areas of Blackburn. He understands what drives this very particular group of buyers and sellers, and brings a wealth of contacts and experience to selling in this area. We have no hesitation at all in recommending Ben as an agent and would do so for friends and family. It has been a pleasure working with Ben and wish him all the best for the future.
