Michelle is a breath of fresh air, she has very warm and pleasant attitude, good knowledge of the market and a great drive to get the best result for the vendor. She was very responsive, always kept me informed and generally made me feel as if I was her only client! I greatly valued her integrity and honesty and I would not hesitate to recommend her to any potential clients!

Ian is a very professional, honest, and an absolute pleasure to work with. He is genuine and cares about the best outcome for their client. Ian communicates very well at every step of the selling process and does this with high integrity and understanding. I couldn’t speak more highly of Ian and his service, and I would definitely recommend him to anyone who is considering selling their home.

We had seen Robert Sheahan at a number of Nunawading auctions and had always enjoyed his wit, warmth and professional expertise. We invited him to our home to give us a free appraisal and he soon showed why he dominates the real estate landscape in Nunawading. Rather than make wild promises, he delivered facts, explaining where the market had been during the previous year, and where it was headed. He walked us through our house and surrounds, explaining exactly what was needed to turn a tired family home into a desirable piece of real estate. He gave us a list of reliable tradespeople who could deliver cost-effective renovations, and put us in touch with a good conveyancing company. An expert stylist added the "wow factor" to every room and we had the house ready on schedule for the photo shoot. Robert's marketing plan was on target, drawing in lots of visitors for the open inspections, and leading to the creation of a short list of likely buyers. During the four week campaign Robert was in constant communication with us, explaining how things were going. The auction went like clockwork, achieving a result $125,000 above our reserve. It was a pleasure to do business with Robert and his enthusiastic PA, Jeanne. They were generous with their time and wonderfully patient. I would not hesitate to recommend Robert Sheahan to anyone selling a property in the Whitehorse region.

Having dealt with many real estate agents during the process of both buying and selling my house I can honestly say that Ben was the most genuine person I came across. Friendly, helpful and trustworthy. I would definitely recommend Ben.

I was on the phone from Singapore engaging with my wife and daughter at the auction. Ben was aware of this and even engaged with me as though I was there. Ben knew his stuff and was open and honest with all our discussions prior to the auction.

We found Mark extremely professional, friendly, & very passionate in helping us to complete the sale of our property. We would highly recommend Mark & Fletchers Real estate to anyone wishing you sell their property. It was a very easy & a relaxed process which was made thoroughly enjoyable with an excellent outcome.

Sale of 58 William Street Box Hill From the moment when I first met Michelle and Ian I felt that I was the most important client they had interviewed over the entire week. Their attitude was immediately friendly and they both appeared genuinely interested in the situation regarding my sister and the reason for the impending sale of her home. When I later received the campaign brochure I was amazed at the amount of detail, not only about my sister’s home but the general Box Hill area including important living amenities such as schools, thus making me even more certain that I had chosen the right people and organisation likely to ensure a satisfactory sale. During all this time I was kept fully informed of any interest shown by prospective buyers, the general sales valuations and potential in the area particularly in relation to the location of my sister’s property. As we all now know this attention to detail (and a great deal of work) resulted in a satisfactory sale prior to the scheduled auction. On a more personal note both Michelle and Ian accepted the fact that for me real estate was a foreign country, were patient with my often naive questions and I never felt that they were pressed for time or anxious to attend to other matters. I would therefore and without hesitation, recommend either or both Michelle and Ian should I ever be asked for an opinion regarding any real estate matters as I know future clients would receive the same helpful and honest responses that I was privileged to receive. Good Experience today. Ben is warm and friendly. Auctions can be stressful so his humour and ad libbing was great through the whole Auction process. Was always happy to answer questions on the day and in the 2 -3 weeks leading up to the Auction. Over all a good Experience.
