Rob recently called the auction for our house and we were extremely impressed. Rob has an energy that gets everyone excited and builds a great vibe. He definitely leaves no dollar on the table which was the most important thing for us but on top of that he made us feel very comfortable with his clear and personable communication throughout the process. We would definitely recommend Rob to anyone looking to sell.

When it came to selling the family home in Blackburn, we had no hesitation in selecting Ben Williams from Fletchers. His highly successful track record as an agent in the Blackburn area is well documented and I liked the way he supports community groups in the local area. As we moved through the selling process, Ben was totally supportive providing us with timely and helpful advice after all inspections and contacts with prospective buyers. I felt totally confident in Ben's experienced and skillful approach to marketing real estate and his in depth knowledge of the local market. Ben provided us with an outcome way beyond our expectations. I do not hesitate to recommend Ben as a highly competent, professional agent who achieved a great result for us through his hard work, attention to detail, excellent communication skills and determination to achieve the best for his clients. My husband and I recently bought our first home through Mark Fletcher of Fletchers Real Estate. As first-home buyers, the whole process was foreign to us and understandably quite daunting. Mark was incredibly knowledgeable and professional - taking the time to show us the property in detail, and providing honest advice throughout. Mark was more than happy to answer any questions we had, and took the time to take us through each of the steps - especially in regards to the contract, with clarity and confidence. We felt that the experience was overwhelmingly positive and will be recommending Mark and the Fletchers agency to our friends and family.

We met Robert at the open and bought the next day. He's incredibly friendly and courteous, and what we really appreciated was the professionalism with which he represented both buyer and seller. He was clear about the process (which involved a vendor advocate) and kept in touch each step of the way acting with full integrity. This was a really pleasurable buy. We're pleased we've met Robert and highly recommend him.
