Robert was outstanding with his service as an agent. He had our best interest at heart and was extremely personable during each encounter. His enthusiasm and support with our campaign decisions led us to reach our reserve price. He fought diligently for us to reach this amazing outcome. Would recommend him to anyone looking to sell. Robert's skill and expertise will not let you down.

I originally had three valuations for my late mother and fathers property. My first impression of Mr. Ben Williams was; he was punctual, very informative, friendly, easy to understand able to communicate to both myself and my sister, both of us who didn't have a lot of experience in the selling of a property. Over the period leading up to the sale of the property, he was in constant contact, with both the real estate market information and the progress of the inspections and what was needed to be done by myself prior to the auction. I relied heavily upon his expertise and knowledge when making any decisions along the journey and on the day of the auction. Ben was wonderful, he is a credit to the profession and I couldn't be more happy with his advice, professionalism, communication skills and more importantly the outcome of the sale. Thanks Ben!

We cannot speak too highly of our positive listing and selling experience with Robert and his team. Robert is a true professional in every sense of the word, his team also reflect his professionalism. We have sold several properties and therefore not unaware of the process, however, we were both amazed with the industry knowledge, communication skills with both the seller and buyer of our property and his genuine enthusiasm and interest in achieving the best outcome. We are grateful to Robert for the very positive result at our Auction. His Auctions are events that all participants enjoy. Thanks again Robert and "Team Sheahan".

Rob worked tirelessly for my sale. Secured a sale price re auction, I doubt I would have got at auction. He is easy going, pleasant, polite, listens to the clients needs. Having previously worked with Rob, I could not recommend him highly enough.

Emil and myself found David and Rob - Professional, approachable, informative, realistic and to all intense and purposes " normal people " to deal with. We both enjoyed working with them very much and found them to be sincere.
