Ben was able to provide a range of scenarios and their appropriate strategies before the auction, such that nothing at the auction came as a surprise. I felt no pressure from Ben at any stage to accept a bid that I wasn't happy with, there was always an alternative.

Ben is an excellent agent, who maintained regular communication with us to ensure we were up to speed with the campaign progress. He attended all the inspections personally, to ensure he was across the interested parties, and was consequently well prepared on auction day. On auction day, he explained the process clearly, and conducted an impeccable auction to achieve a brilliant result. Many thanks Ben.

Meeting Robert Sheahan, for the first time, was a memorable experience. I felt at ease instantly and was impressed with his professionalism and enthusiasm for my property. It was immediately clear to me that it was the right decision to choose Fletcher's to market and sell my home. From the initial appraisal, to the final sale, every single little detail was handled with professionalism, care and consideration. I can only highly recommend Robert Sheahan to sell your home.

Unfortunately you have only 5 stars to represent Rob I believe the service and local market knowledge this agent has demonstrated he should be rated at 7 stars. Very happy Thanks Steve & Anne
