I had 4 Real Estate Agents give me an appraisal on my property. I enlisted Rob's help because of the knowledge he has in selling homes in my area. Rob is personable and professional to deal with, and throughout the process he kept me informed and up to date on the interest shown in my home. He certainly comes highly recommended by me. I would thoroughly recommend Ben Williams of Fletcher realestate to sell them home.He is a true professional. He was up front with what we could expect on the day of auction, and he was bang on the money. He guided us through a very stressful day with amazing results. He was a great personality to have as the auctioneer as he new who were the serious contenders. His partners on the day were fantastic also.Very comical and entertaining. From the first time we met Ben he made us feel at ease. The setting up process was non invasive. Before we new it it was Auction day which ened with a great result and would have made our mum very proud. Thank you Ben for a great day and great outcome. He comes highly recommended. Jenny Wallace and Jane Smith

Ben exceeded our expectations and we obtained a great result with the sale of the property. Ben was very impressive from the outset, professional, highly skilled and incredibly knowledgeable of the local market. Ben is also a great communicator and very sensitive to the needs of the people involved in the sale (of a deceased estate). I would highly recommend Ben and his team to other vendors.

We found Ben Williams very easy to deal with. His manner was friendly and encouraging at all times. As we were selling after 44 years of owning or home, it was essential that we felt comfortable with our agent. He did everything he contracted to do in a reliable, trustworthy manner and kept us informed as to the progress throughout. We would thoroughly recommend Ben to anyone wanting to sell their property.

Ben Williams recently sold my uncle's home. It is always difficult when you have a situation of someone leaving their home after more than 50 years. Ben handled this situation with compassion and sensitivity and he and his team provided an excellent and professional service to ensure we achieved an outstanding result. Ben Williams was recommended to me through a second party. I contacted Ben and found him very interested from the first phone call. We made an appointment. He arrived on time and was well prepared for the task. We talked about the property, he then walked around the whole property while paying particular attention to the interior. We agreed to have an auction. Ben then through the various processes in a professional matter. The open for inspections was carried out in a similar manner. On the day of the auction Ben explained in detail how the auction would be conducted. 60 people attended the auction. The result was great!
