Most helpful and obliging staff
For a first time landlord I really appreciated all the great help and advice I was given...including by Ben in relation to landlord insurance.It was difficult times and no fault of the agency that a couple of prospective renters opted out at the last minute!!! I hope I can prove to be a co operative landlord Thanks to all the team

Backing Up What They Say
When having an investment it is imperative that the agent who is renting it out has a strong level of communication and does what they say they gonna do. In the past our investment was with an agency who did not provide concise and consistent communication which was detrimental and ended with our properties being vacant for an extended period of time. When we decided to make the change to guardian Melissa was absolutely incredible with ensuring that we were kept up to date with the whole process of renting out our property, also the process she undertook was efficient there was also a strong line of communication which was absolutely transparent. The end result was a signed lease on our property in under 5 days! As our relationship is being established with such positivity towards guardian, I would highly recommend their services to anyone looking to improve their annualised return on their investment.
