Gardian are busy busy busy!
This agency is one of the busiest in town! They manage so many rentals and do a great job at trying to help each person. When my partner and I were affected my Covid 19 the team at Gardian where there to assist us that day on how best to manage the situation. Couldn't speak highly enough of how they helped us out through this tough time

Very impressive from the start - let's hope it stays like this for the tenancy.
Extremely impressed with how rapidly Gardian tenanted one of my properties - not only over the Christmas period, but with extremely short notice too. Initially the communication from them was not as clear as it could have been, and I had to send a few prompts, but i've since put that down to the Christmas/New Year madness. I am to yet to see how the property goes under management, but if the start up is an indication of what will come, then i'm sure it will be fine.

Great agency
Moving can be stressful but Katyna n Elizabeth really made it easy. They are both very professional and happy to assist with any problems that may arise. So grateful that this property was thru Gardian as was our last address. Would highly recommend Gardian as your go to real estate 👍

Friendly and Helpful
