Joseph was very helpful and friendly through out the entire process.
Joseph was in contact with me for the entire time, checking to see that things were going smoothly. If I had a query, he responded quickly and answered any questions that I had. Joseph was very easy to talk to and was not at all pushy during the negotiation stage. Overall a very friendly, happy person to deal with.

Great Outcome, Great Timing

David’s Communication and Service was 10/10
David would reply to our texts or phone calls immediately, never a problem to make a time to re look at the house we were purchasing. His knowledge of the area and pricing was very helpful as we are renovating and he showed a lot of interest in what we want to achieve and where this could get us. The yard was mowed and left extremely tidy as the owners had moved away. We didn’t expect this so it was a great surprise. We would recommend David for any sale or purchase of a house and when it comes time for us to sell we will definitely contact David.
