Very happy with the communication and service from Ben. Very happy that it incorporated a group walkthrough of agents to get a thorough analysis when determining listing price. Commission is on the higher side but happy to pay when the experience is markedly better. Particularly in this case with a difficult buyer and contract process. Unsure if its possible to do but newspaper advertising is rediculously expensive (40% of total advertising package spend but only producing the buyer roughly 25% of the time). I would be more willing to advertise in the newspaper if Guardian were able to leverage their market position in some way to bring the cost down to roughly the same percentage of advertising budget as buyers it produces
