Ryan was reliable and helpful without being overbearing or pushy. He was open and down to earth in communications with us and liaised with the owner for us when we had questions and checked in at appropriate times. I felt he was approachable and polite at all times.

Ben, Mick, Ryan and the team at Gardian were amazing with the sale of our property. We had a contract within 2 weeks of listing, although it fell through the team at Gardian managed to get us a contract that very next day. We were recommended by a family friend to contact Ben Kerrisk at Gardian Real Estate Mackay to sell our home. Ben came and appraised the home several months prior to the home going to auction and gave us some invaluable advice on how to prepare the home for sale. Ben checked in every couple of weeks to monitor our progress. When the home was ready, we contacted Ben. Ben was realistic with the auction/sold price and knew the Mackay market very well. Due to the unique character of our home, we thought it would take a long time to sell but Ben proved us wrong! After three open homes and an auction, our family home was sold within 5 weeks. Even better, the buyers were lovely people who loved the home as much as we did. Pleasure to deal with, replied to emails straight away at night (9pm). Rang me back early on some days (7:30am). Always picked up the phone, got answers quickly... changed his own plans around for one more inspection with minimal notice. All round great service.
