Ash kept us up to speed with progress throughout the process and discussed matters with us to ensure that things were going to our satisfaction. He had a good understanding of the current rental market and the type of tenant we were looking for. He was successful in obtaining acceptable tenants with no loss of income for us as the new tenants moved in promptly after yhe property was vacated. We were very happy with his performance in the entire process.

Aaron Robinson, Craig Andrews, and Kate hardy are extremely professional and dedicated. They managed to rent out the property successfully after just one open house, something that other agents couldn't achieve in two months. I regret not entrusting the property management to them sooner. If you are looking for a professional management team, I highly recommend them.

Every dealings with Brand property so far has been really smooth sailing helpful and friendly. Went to inspect one house for rent, stayed the whole aloted time to get the feel of the place and talk to Craig about the area. Then a few days later we'd gotten the call that we were approved. Everything happened so quickly but it was a huge relief and exciting. Very pleased.

We were looking for a rental place urgently fro an intercity move. Brand had a good selection of properties on their books. We found the one we liked best and Brand had us a contract and the keys within 3 days. We were delighted! A great team and a great experience.
