From the absolute get-go, I was so impressed with every single staff member at Brand Property.

The communication was beautiful, responsive and genuinely human. I was never made to feel like I was asking too many questions, even with the amount of back and forth I needed to make sure this home was going to be right for our family. Every response was thoughtful, detailed and reassuring - never rushed or surface level. Craig and Brooke made what can be a really daunting process feel completely seamless. Having recently opened our new gym, Synergy RX in Wyong, there was already so much happening in our lives, but they gave us the support and reassurance we needed and ensured everything moved quickly, efficiently and effectively. What stood out most was that they went beyond simply helping us rent a house. They took the time to ask about our family, our business and our gym, and showed a genuine interest in what we were building. It was so refreshing to know there were real people behind the phone who truly cared. I honestly cannot speak highly enough of Craig, Brooke and the entire Brand Property team. If you are looking to rent, buy or sell, these are absolutely the people to go with.
