Everybody was very professional My only issue is for 1 rental i think i spoke/dealt with 5 different people The left hand sometimes didnt know what the right was doing Process for me was to hard to follow Also weekly report shows a figure of LEASE APPLICATIONS RECEIVED When in fact its lease applications sent out-very misleading and confusing

When I meet Lochlan at the property for inspection he greeted me with a warm and friendly smile. During the application process he has kept me informed the whole time and been on top of everything. Overall Lochlan provided some of the best customer service I've received. Well done mate. It's always a pleasure to speak with you.

Communication & Professionalism of the highest calibre. Very prompt with the application process, easy to apply/book inspections. Applied, pre approved, inspected property 2 days later and was approved same day as inspection. Compared to 9/10 other real estates that take 10-14 days from application to a outcome, Brand are great!

Poor communication and Additional stress on moving day that all could have been avoided if they did thier job . Also didn’t communicate significant information (having to share the property with someone else) about the property until after we paid deposit

When I first started looking for agents to manage my property only one contacted me in a timely manner. That being Brand. The others I approached either didn't respond or took weeks to provide me with information. Aaron presented me with all the information a first time owner renting their property needs to know. Both Arron and the Brand Team hold themselves to a high standard which works well for me! Forget the rest and go with the best!

The team at Brand have been fantastic in finding Alison and I the right tenants for our rental property. We were kept up to date on a weekly basis via phone calls. Super happy with Brand experience. Thanks Again

Thanks to the team at Brand! They know the market and possible rentals. Whilst it is a tight market we were looking for the right tenant and Brand found them. They were able to increase the rent. As a landlord, the process was quick and simple. More importantly they are friendly and kept me well informed on progress and tenants. I love their prospective tenant report - better than others!
