Communication with me has not been good, they are hard to get on the phone, emails do not always get answered, maintenance issues do not get followed up promptly I have had to constantly push the issue with maintenance 6 weeks after moving still issues.

As this was our first experience with Brand Property it was fantastic, Nicolette made it very easy sorting out all the paperwork even though i was working out of the local area, Nicolette was a straight forward and very helpful with assisting everything within the short time frame and extreamly professional from the very begining and still is even after moving in making sure the property is 100% up to our satisfaction. Would highly reccomend Nicollete along with brand property for rental or even buying your first home or investment.

The team have been amazing looking after a long term tenant and then sourcing a variety of contractors to complete an upgrade between occupants.
