Curtis, Gerrie and the team were amazing! We needed a rental urgently after a house fire, they were not only able to assist with identifying a suitable rental but the whole process was seamless and painless which is a huge deal considering the stress we were already facing. Communication was on point and being able to tick our boxes has just helped this be such an easy experience - thankyou so much!

Brand Real Estate came to me highly recommended, and they rented my house at the agreed upon rate with little fuss - however I was told up front I should only be dealing with one agent and had to deal with 3 or 4 different people which was disappointing. But no complaints about professionalism and meeting their promises.

Starting from property viewing, their staff came right on time and answered our questions regarding the property. Application process was alright via 2apply, just took about a week before hearing back after we’ve submitted our application. From there the communication was wonderful and straight to the point.

We highly recommend Brand Property! Very professional, great communication and very personable. Our agent who helped us find tenants for our property was Gerrie Swain who has been really great and so helpful during the whole process, which was very new to us. Any questions we had were answered very quickly. We would definitely not hesitate to use Brand Property again in the future.
