Advertisement for the property was extremely concise. It looked exactly like the photos and the description was accurate. I don't have a lot of spare time so that helped. Upon submitting my application, I received an approval inside of 24 hours! The Property Management team was a pleasure to do business with. They were incredibly efficient.

Brand Property
Aaron and the team at Brand have been wonderful. From my first enquirey to deposit on my new home I felt very good about the whole process. Thank you!
Brand Property
The team at Brand Property have been exceptional for helping us get into our rental property, as well as transferring to another Brand rental Property. Aaron has been very helpful with inspecting a new property and was very informative through the process. Would highly recommend Brand and their team (sales and rental both) for anyone looking to purchase or rent!
Brand Property
We have rented through Brand previously and now again , they have been quick to process applications and respond to enquiries.
Brand Property
I have found Brand Property to be professional, friendly and prompt in assisting me to start up my new tenancy with them. For the last 2 rentals I have encountered Real Estates that have been not so professional and I am glad to be away from them. Brand Property is a welcomed change.
Brand Property
Our property has been in reliable hands for several years with the Team from Brand Property. Kylie is a fantastic property manager who communicates any issues, directly and frankly. Aaron handled an re-letting open for inspection through challenging weather with great results, recently. We are very happy with the services they provide.
Brand Property
So far have only had dealings with Aaron. But he has been very helpful and kept in touch regularly while I was waiting for an answer from a property owner about a rental, which was most appreciated.
Brand Property
Aaron let’s you know what’s going on every step of the way.
