Curtis from Brand worked incredibly hard to assist me finding and moving into a new rental after my existing lease ran out during a COVID lockdown. Curtis was very responsive and kept me updated throughout the application process. Nicolette was able to expedite rental bond and signing the lease and made the process of moving in seamless. Many thanks to Curtis and Nicolette!

Brand Property
My partner and I recently applied for a rental through Brand Property which was listed by Aaron Robinson. Aaron was a wonderful listing agent to deal with. He was very prompt with all communications, kept us in the loop throughout the entire application process, even when the Covid-19 restrictions threw some curve balls, Aaron continued to keep us informed. He also made sure that we could get in to see the property as safely and promptly as he could facilitate. We have had some difficulty with communication from property managers and listing agents previously and Aaron was a breath of fresh air in comparison. Likewise, even on properties that we weren't the successful applicants, Brand were still great with communication, really easy to deal with and very accommodative. We are very pleased to be moving forward as tenants with Brand and we would confidently recommend them to all prospective tenants and landlords.

I am very pleased with the manner in which Curtis Kubecka listed, advertised and selected my new tenants. The end result was unexpected, as it all happened very quickly. He was happy to indulge my scrutiny and requests for my Property Manager to be involved as I have an excellent relationship with Nicolette Jones. Curtis showed genuine interest in my concerns for the property and was always extremely courteous. I felt very comfortable dealing with him and wish him the best.

Both Aaron Robinson, and more specifically Curtis Kubecka were outstanding in their professional, kindly, and loyal client care of every aspect of my Tenancy application. Curtis always answered emails, questions, and phone calls promptly and in one case well beyond standard working hours. Curtis's committed, enthusiastic approach to his role was outstanding, and his personable approach and support were highly appreciated by myself.
