Excellent Result
Samantha was highly professional, very organised a real pleasure to work with in the sale of our property. She kept us informed on all aspects of the sale by phone and email and obtained a very good price for the property in a short time. I would certainly recommend Samantha and George Brand Real Estate to anyone in need of a good property agent.

Out of state seller
We have located to QLD and needed to sell our investment property on the central coast. Samantha contacted us and done a market appraisal and gave us the information needed to make the decision to put the house on the market. Her communication was outstanding, if she wasn’t able to contact us by phone she would send an email or a quick sms. Couldn’t thank Samantha enough for a very smooth process from start to finish

Reliable and knowledgable agent
I was pleased with the service I received from Samantha, particularly the regular communication about offers, my concerns etc. I feel that she has kept me up to date with all facets of the selling process and that I have achieved a good price for my parent's home.
