This is the 4th home Andre has sold for my family after switching to him from another agency. I wouldn't use any other agent for any future property sales or purchases. It can be tempting to go with other agencies offering lower rates or online no fee agencies. The extra money in your pocket would be nice, however more often than not they don't have what it takes to get the job done and you waste time being locked into a contact with the wrong agent. If you want your home sold quickly, with minimal stress and achieving great financial results, then Andre is your man! Andre goes above and beyond for his clients, and I can't recommend him highly enough.

We have dealt with a few real estate agents and rate Andre as one of the best. We found him friendly, honest and easy to speak with. He was always keeping us up to date during the whole process from negotiation to settlement. Thanks Andre.

I have bought and sold quite a few times in my 68 years and the sale of 256 Binalong Way with Andre Kubecka was by far the easiest i have experienced. Andre's strategy before the sale worked superbly during the selling period. This bloke knows his stuff and the central coast area, and worked hard for us the client. We were kept in touch with all appropriate matters to do with the Sale and his ethics were beyond reproach. We were delighted with the sale price but even more delighted with the way the sale was conducted.
