The sale of the property was done excellent and we would recommend Andre Kubecka to all of our friends if they are buying a property at Central Coast.

My husband & I have been extremely pleased with Andre Kubecka as agent in charge of selling our home recently. We have found Andre & his staff to be very helpful in all areas & every step in the process of the sale so far. We have been lucky to have found a buyer within one week of being on the market, which I feel is a testament to Andre's excellent marketing skills. Andre also sold our daughter's house last year so we already knew that we could rely on him. He has definitely gone the extra mile & always has time for any & every query, we have no hesitation in recommending him to anyone who would like to sell their house with as little stress as is possible.

Andre has had the Rental Agency of my property for approximately 12 years. When I decided to sell it he gave us an honest and fair appraisal, not an over inflated price compared to other agents in the area. After the Tennants vacated the property it was repainted and new carpet. Andre placed the Townhouse on the market on the Thursday and by Monday after several offers it was sold on the Tuesday. A great and quick result with very little hassle. Settlement went through without any issues. Contact maintained throughout this period. I would thoroughly recommend Andre in selling any property. This is the second one he has sold and with the same professionalism. Excellent sales person.

From the very first Open House we attended, Andre was there to greet us and answer all our questions. He was there to help us through every step of our negotiations and final purchase - we were able to contact him at any time and he was never too busy to talk to us. We are very grateful for all the help we received from Andre and his office - Thank you

Andre impressed us with Andre's professionalism and presentation. He was extremely helpful to us as purchasers but never compromised his duty as the agent for the vendor. It took the stress out of the process of purchasing the property and smoothed the way for a trouble free transaction. We would thoroughly recommend Andre as an agent.

It was a pleasure dealing with Andre. He always kept us informed and our feedback from him was prompt which is what you want as a vendor. Our first purchaser rescinded but as Andre had kept in contact with other prospective buyers, one of them ended up purchasing the property which was a great result for everyone. Thanks Andre and we would have no hesitation in recommending you to other vendors. You were recommended to us and you did not disappoint.
