Andre and his staff were very professional and courteous throughout the purchase by us, of the above property . They made seemingly difficult processes very easy and they continue their professionalism and the friendly , helpful service that goes with their work ethic. I wouldn't hesitate using them again if the opportunity arose and I can thoroughly recommend them to prospective real estate investors or home buyers.

We chose to go with Andre and George Brand after meeting with a number of agents. We were impressed with Andre's knowledge of the market, his organisation and marketing skills. He was honest and communicated with us the whole time. The whole process went seamlessly and our property sold in less than a week. The price our property sold for exceeded our expectations. We highly recommend Andre and his team at George Brand.

Andre is possibly the best agent I've ever worked with in my 15+ years of purchasing real estate. He is a consummate professional who has gone above and beyond for us in the acquisition of a property. He is also very experienced and knowledgeable and we have learned a great deal from working with him. I would definitely recommend Andre to any prospective clients and in fact have already recommended him to close friends. Thanks for your hard work, Andre!

Andre was fantastic from the start. We had three agents come out to look at our place but he knew the market so well and got us the best possible price. We even recommended him to our friends who are also very pleased with the sale of their house.

My partner and I couldn't be more happy with Andre and his team. The entire process was very smooth and stress free. We began the process when I was about 37 weeks pregnant and the house sold a week later for a price we didn't think was achievable. He has incredible communication skills and kept us up to date with every interested buyer. We felt more than comfortable to give Andre a call with any concerns or just a chat.
