Andre Kubecka's selling manner is not pushy he appears to be honest and open with his clients. Ours was a hotly contested property but Andre ensured the process was fair to all the buyers and we purchased the property at a price which we thought was reasonable to both us and the vendor. We were very happy with his service and pleasant, honest communication.

I have been selling and buying houses for 15 years and have had many unpleasant experiences with Real Estate Agents but not with Andre. Andre is clearly very experienced, knows the market and does the right thing by finding out where you're at, what is motivating you to sell and whether your expectations of the sale price is realistic or not. On two occasions the service, knowledge and results received by Andre have been better than expected. He is real, honest and truly does work to get the best result possible using the appropriate strategy to achieve it. Very pleased to have had the experience, and very grateful for the result. If you are interesting in selling in the Toukley area, forget calling and interviewing all the other agents, just call and book a time with Andre.

From our first encounter with Andre to the day we moved into our new property, Andre and his team were extremely professional yet realistic, available, dedicated and worked towards helping us achieve our life dream for our little family- securing a property in Norah Head! I have never had such a positive experience, felt the support and a general care of the little things when purchasing a property. Darren and myself can not speak more highly of Andre and his team and would recommend them to anyone who is wanting to sell or buy.

We dealt with Andre as both the purchasers and the vendors of a property. On both accounts, Andre was extremely professional in his management of our affairs. He maintained excellent communication with us during the sale of our property and we are very happy with the entire process and the final outcome of the sale. We highly recommend Andre Kubecka to anybody interested in buying a property from him or those wishing to enlist his services to sell their property for them.

I purchased my house through George Brand in 2012. When it came to sell I went back to them for an appraisal. Andre arrived on the Friday and I was so impressed with his knowledge of the market that I engage him to sell the property. Things happened very quickly after that. Photographs were taken on the Monday, the sign was up on the Friday and the first inspection, the Saturday. And the following Tuesday it was SOLD at a price far exceeding my expectations. I have since recommended Andre to friends who are contemplating selling their property.
