Thank you Andre & the team for making the sale of our investment property an easy & stress free process. At the time of sale, I was heavily pregnant and still working full time. Living an hour away from the property that was sold made this quite difficult with decision making, attending open homes etc. Andre ensured that every request we had was met and any issue that arose was dealt with in a swift and cost effective manner. He always held our best interest at heart and was always available to speak with or liaise with via email when need be. Being a first time seller, I wasn't sure what to expect - Andrew and the team made sure I was never left in the dark and was made aware of every step of the sale process - before, during and after settlement. There is no better agent on the Central Coast. We sold our house with Andre. We did not meet him in person as we are living on the North Coast, but the distance did not prove an issue. Andre kept us up to date through the whole process And got us an excellent result. He is reliable, professional and great communication skills! He knows his stuff and predicaten what the market was going to do. After our house we did get to meet him Andre in person and he really is a nice bloke! The staff from his office are also verhaal professional.
