He kept us updated throughout the process and was proactively creating a portfolio of potential buyers prior to open house periods, to gauge interest levels and possible amount that the buyers were willing to pay for my home. Creagh was very thorough when accessing the buyers financial positions prior and provided recommendations based on the information and was able to find 4 firm offers and in essence used the initial interest level to facilitate a higher final price, which was greatly appreciated.
