Stella was very well informed about the features of the house and followed up promptly and comprehensively on all of our queries with appropriate documentation. Our purchase offer was negotiated tactfully and fairly and we were comfortable with the agreed settlement. At all stages up to our moving in, Stella kept us informed and provided welcome advice and reassurance. When we conducted our final inspection Stella was particularly thorough in ensuring that all features of the house were covered, and her cheerful professionalism made the transition a lot easier than it might otherwise have been.
