I would highly recommend Kirrily to anyone thinking of selling or buying. My experience selling was always going to be a difficult one due to separation however Kirrily was my saving grace! She updated me every step of the way and made so much effort to cater to the children and I when it came to meetings and things (I no longer live local). At times when the pressure was high she was there calm and collected with not only a plan but often a hug. I love that she is knowledgeable and professional yet down to earth and kind hearted. By nature I'm sceptical of real estate agents. Lots of telling you what you want to hear or they need you to hear so they can make a quick and easy buck. With Kirrily I couldn't possibly have been more wrong. Ours was a complicated sale subject to divorce orders, lawyers, an unapproved structure and distinct breakdowns in communication. Essentially, once the offer was made Kirrilys task was done but she continually and steadfastly helped me through every obstacle. Where my settlement agent repeatedly dropped the ball Kirrily would rise up and in my opinion did a lot of their job for them. I'm not normally one to write reviews but Kirrilys service was of an outstanding nature in difficult conditions and there's no other agent I'd rather have had alongside me.
