Matthew Mule' sold our Banksia Grove house very quickly in bad market conditions. He did market research before the first appraisal and presented us with recently sold data in the area. The photos in our ad were top notch and really stood out. The write up he did for our ad was superbly crafted with a unique twist containing current events. His follow up with potential buyers was prompt and regular. Once an offer was made Matthew was able to negotiate a better sale price for us.
