I was organising the sale of my daughter's house, who is overseas, and asked two local agents to give me an appraisal. I was impressed by Suzi's preparation and knowledge of the area so gave her the listing. But I didn't expect such a good service. She opened the property more than expected and kept us informed the whole time, resulting in a sale in just two weeks. When there was a hiccup with the purchaser's finance she kept us informed of the developments the whole time, even when on her holidays. We had an investment property in Currambine that we wanted to sell quickly at a good price given tough market conditions.
