Experience selling with David Brewer
The total experience selling with David was a pleasure, there was a no nonsense approach and everything we had been promised was followed through on. I would highly recommend David for anyone wanting a genuine estate agent to look after their sale. David was happy to go above an beyond and make recommendations that helped put us in a position to sell at our price.

Stella really is a stellar agent!
Stella McLean was not even our agent. We were the buyers and Stella acted for the Seller. But we could not resist writing a review. Stella was nothing short of brilliant. She went the extra-mile in everything. Nothing was too much of a problem. More than that, she was also ridiculously efficient at getting things done. She was amiable and easy to get along with (not so much for those who dawdled unnecessarily!). She is undoubtedly an expert in her field. We have no hesitation at all in recommending her and the next time we buy or sell a house we will not do so without talking to her first. Duane and Naomi Olivier.

Sold in 4 weeks in a unusually Quiet Market, securing asking Price~
Stella worked well in an unusually quiet market to secure our asking price over the christmas period which is commonly know to be a quiet buying period. Stella was able to secure the right buyer at the right time, we have already reffered her to three of our old neighbours and are looking foward to seeing how they go when they put there houses on the market.

Dave sold our two storey home in "Regent Waters" Wanneroo last year for the price we wanted and within a 3 week timeframe. We wish to express our thanks and appreciation to Dave for which he conducted the sale of our family home. Wanneroo Area / Ashby
Living in the area and seeing many Force signs around the area and noticing many homes reaching the sold status motivated me to call Force real Estate. I found their market knowledge and suggested methods to market my investment property very logical given the current market conditions. During the process I found their communication and feed back to be exceptional and honest found their recommended services ie settlement agencies and fire alarm inspection companies to be of the same ilk which is very pleasing. I would 100% recommend Force real estate to any one selling a property.
