The ultimate Professional (Mr Currambine)
Creagh and his team were extremely professional from pre-sale, through the sale process and continue to be post settlement too.
From the outset, Creagh was clear with the sales strategy, because of the quality and price point of the property, he would target already registered buyers, with private showings, then prior to the end date, have home opens, to ensure that he covered all levels of the market and all possible buyers.
Prior to photos and marketing, he helped to identify where we should spend money to add value, and identified where we should not spend money, as it would not add value. This proved valuable in the negotiation phase, as it helped us achieve a record price.
He was clear on his expectations of me as the seller and what my expectations of him and his team should be.
In relation to knowledge of the market, the suburb, the development, the house, the buyer types, Creagh had the information to hand, and you never felt like he did not know key information.
Communication and availability throughout the processes was continuous, and second to none. If you had a question, or needed something clarifying, there was never a bad time to contact him. Whenever he had an updates, he was quick to provide us with the details, this was not only important for me, but it ensured that he kept the interest of the buyers too.
As indicated in my headline comment Creagh and his team were the ultimate professionals. Nothing was too much, and no question was too stupid.
I would have no qualms in recommending Creagh to friends and colleagues, and would definitely utilise him again in the future, even though i’m now outside of his sweet spot of Currambine.
Creagh truly is Mr Currambine.
