Professional and So Helpful!
Matt Mule was professional and so helpful throughout the entire process of both buying our new house and selling our old house. our house was sold off market because he already had a buyer lined up that came in well above our expectations. He was open and honest throughout the entire process of buying our new property. We have already been highly recommending him to all our friends.

Great Help and Sale Price Above Expectation
We have used Kirrily for sales previously and the service provided is always outstanding. The process to Settlement is well described and Kirrily and the team are a big help to get everything completed. Genuine and Knowledgeable
From the first meeting I had with Matthew Mule, I found him to be genuine and had a great knowledge of the property market in my area and had confidence in his ability to get the desired outcome I was seeking. He supported me throughout the entire process, from liaising with my tenant, marketing, open homes etc through to settlement. Creagh and Matthew are hands down the best agents I have ever worked with. We bought our first house with these guys and have sold our house with these guys! They are professional, easy to deal with and most importantly Trustworthy! All my questions and phone calls have always been answered promptly and professionally. Some newer agents these days work on their own hours and don’t understand that buyers/sellers can’t do certain things during normal hours. Creagh and Matthew understand this and work around the buyer/seller and make the process of selling and buying much much easier! 5 Stars from us guys! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I was really lucky to have Matt as my sales agent!
This was the first property I bought but I could sense straight away that the other person on the line was one of the best sales agents out there. Matt is absolutely fantastic at his job! He keeps you updated at all times, treats you with respect, and at the same time builds a friendly relationship with you. There were a couple of minor issues that came up in the building and pest inspection and while my conveyancer told me I shouldn't expect any ramifications from the seller (since the issues were not major structural), Matt did a stunning job of working with the seller and having both parties satisfied. I can't recommend Matt enough! Matt, thank you for improving the reputation of sales agents out there! :)
