This was the first property I bought but I could sense straight away that the other person on the line was one of the best sales agents out there. Matt is absolutely fantastic at his job! He keeps you updated at all times, treats you with respect, and at the same time builds a friendly relationship with you. There were a couple of minor issues that came up in the building and pest inspection and while my conveyancer told me I shouldn't expect any ramifications from the seller (since the issues were not major structural), Matt did a stunning job of working with the seller and having both parties satisfied.
