We had a really positive experience and we are very grateful to Kathy for that. We were very happy with Steve also but in this case we dealt with Kathy 99% of the time, it’s great how they work together as a team, always having each others back. Kathy listens and is customer focused, she has a calm and bubbly personality and along with her professional attitude is fantastic at what she does. So easy to talk to and we were genuinely surprised to not have to keep on top of the process. Kathy was in constant communication, she is very responsive to calls, text and emails and we always knew what was happening.
