It felt like Matt was selling my home as if he was selling his own home - so much care, attention to detail and great recommendations shared backed by evidence which he openly shared. His proposal is unique(yes they can be!) and surprisingly saved us money plus got us the best price above expectations. We still had a couple of weeks to go before our house was ready for sale but I connected with three agents for some research. Matt made such a good impression on the phone and seemed to have all the time in the world for my questions that I decided to meet for an on-site valuation.
