Exceptional service
The team of Suzi and Arthur Baker and their amazing assistant Jillian work as one - an amazing well oiled machine!! From the beginning through to the very end attention was paid to details, they went above and beyond with taking care of the details. Their knowledge and assistance was so helpful and made things run very smoothly. Will be recommending them to everyone who wants to have their sale be seamless.

Best in the business!
After a short conversation over the phone it wasn't long before I felt confident that Stella would be the best person to sell my property. My circumstances are slightly different to most as I now live in New Zealand and my property was in Joondalup, Perth W.A. So despite the long distance, Stella was great with communication and all updates and aspects of information that I needed throughout the sale and settlement. Highly professional at all times and with a great reputation, I was very happy that I chose Stella and we got there in the end!

Defiantly recommend.
Creagh was amazing, I have never sold a house before, so had no clue of the process. The other Agents I got in to quote I felt were taking advantage of that fact, pushing services I didn't need. Creagh was very honest and reliable. He kept us up to date all the way. He didn't make me feel like I had to spend more money than required to get the house ready for sale. He was patient and caring of our family health issues at the time. He would always ask how the family was doing before anything else. Which made me feel like it wasn't just a transaction. He always returned calls and emails quickly. He never pushed us to take an offer, he was more than happy to invest more time into the property for us to get the best deal we could. Infact we got 40k more than we anticipated. Matthew his Sale Assistant was also just as good. They made a fantastic team. If I was to sell a house again, hopefully he/they are still around.
