The sale of the house was hassle free. Kirrily is straight talking, highly knowledgeable, honest and professional. I knew where I stood throughout the whole experience and was kept updated. Kirrily absolutely had our best interests at heart and I can’t thank her and Kayla enough. I was in great hands and I guess that’s why Kirrily’s face is so many “For Sale” boards in Hocking. Great service!

Through no fault of John’s this was a lengthy settlement due to planning proposals and clauses that the buyer wished for. Subsequently John invested a lot of time following up with relevant Government departments and the buyer to keep me informed. The result was a smooth settlement, a reflection on how easy it is to deal with John and the efforts he goes to, to keep all parties informed of progress of sale.

John was easy to work with and a great communicator. Nothing was too much trouble. Additionally, he was also very well supported by the team at Force. As I am over east, he always responded in a timely manner. Contracts were finalised while John was on leave and his support team were equally fantastic. I would not hesitate to recommend John at all.
