Lauren joined Harcourts Ballarat in 2016 as a Portfolio Manager, since then Lauren’s roles and responsibilities have grown substantially. About Kayleigh

Kayleigh joined Ray White Ballarat in2011 and completed a Traineeship for a Certificate 3 in Business. In 2013 Kayleigh won a Gold medal in WorldSkills for Business Services in the Ballarat/Wimmera Region and went on to compete nationally in the 2014 WorldSkills Australian championships. Kayleigh currently manages a portfolio of commercial and residential properties and after obtaining a Certificate IV in Property Services became a Licensed Estate Agent in 2017. Kayleigh completed the course to add to her skills and enable her to provide a high standard of service to our customers and clients. In her spare time Kayleigh likes to holiday at the Murray River, wakeboard and spend time with family and friends.

Tianna is part of the Ray White Ballarat property management team and prior to joining us as Property Investment Manager managed a large portfolio of properties. She began her career in real estate in 2010 and has enjoyed learning every aspect of property management. Throughout the years Tianna has developed a strong relationship with both landlords and tenants and is always willing to assist in any way possible. Tianna prides herself on the professionalism she brings to property management, enjoys the daily challenge of managing properties and the satisfaction of providing an excellent level of service to landlords and tenants. On the very first day of our meeting with Beth, she gave us confidence on renting the property with a reasonable timeframe and she made it happen. Also, she gives the right advice on rental and procedures.

Exceptional service.

Great Landlord Experience

We recently engaged Harcourts as property manager for our Ballarat investment property. We are greatly impressed with the service received through Beck Phillips. We found her to be a good listener, helpful and a good communicator with genuine interest in the client. We were kept informed throughout the process, fees / charges were clearly explained and Beck was there to address all our queries. We were provided a good summary report of prospective interested tenants which assisted us in making an informed decision. As its a new built property, Beck was able to coordinate hassle-free with the builder on some minor issues which require addressing, giving us a peace of mind and she also kept us updated. I would highly recommend Harcourts if you are in market for Buying / Renting or Property Management.
