Harcourt Carrum Downs has looked after us from the start of our realestate journey. We brought our property through them and now they look after it for us. Most recently we had a trip overseas and we were confident everything would be looked after while we were away.

They simply did as they said they would, and as a busy person I needed no fuss, speedy outcomes, clear concise communication and they ticked every box.

This is our first experience renting with Harcourts and thus far it has been a hassle-free and smooth one. The process was quick and easy and Jackie is very approachable, easy going and has been very accommodating to our requests and needs.

I was lucky enough to have a one-on-one conversation with my agent during the inspection and found Paula to be very friendly and knowledgeable. We had an insightful chat about the property market. After we had submitted our application Paula really fought to get us the property, going above and beyond to get in contact with some hard-to-reach references we had supplied. All went well and my partner and I are very happy to be tenants!
