Rebecca & team @ Harcourts Carrum Downs made the process seamless and were informative and professional in their guidance throughout the process which has changed dramatically since I last rented over 20 years ago. Had some unexpected maintenance issue in first 24 hours (Saturday evening) but the information provided allowed the engagement of the after hours emergency plumbers who had it fixed in just over an hour (includes travel time). Great first experiences!

Harcourts were quick to approve us for a rental property and the email communication has been adequate however we haven't been contacted by our property manager at all. It would have been nice to get a call from them to welcome us and introduce themselves.
