I looked on the internet to find someone suitable to sell my property. I looked at various criteria and found Karen popped up in the top 3 each time. I contacted Karen and met with her. I found Karen to be very much who I was looking for. The process was extremely quick from start to finish and ended with an outcome which was perfect for the purchaser and myself. I would highly recommend Karen as the process has been excellent. At no point have I questioned my selection and the property is to settle shortly. To sum up THAnKS KAREN

After our son and partner purchased their home in Carrum Downs last year through Karen and the wonderful experience provided, we did not hesitate to ask Karen for an appraisal of our property (along with other agents from the Mulgrave area). We were most happy with the initial consultation with Karen and decided to proceed. We could not have been happier with the campaign she created. She kept us updated with regular progress reports, and remained in contact with us and the prospective purchasers throughout the campaign. Due to the volatile market during our campaign, she closely monitored the market changes on a weekly basis to ensure we achieved a very successful result- which we did!! Her honesty and integrity is beyond reproach, and has the happy knack of being both knowledgeable and very friendly and approachable with both the seller and the prospective buyers. She was available whenever we needed, and always responded as soon as she was able, often outside office hours. Will definitely be recommending Karen to anyone that wishes to sell or buy their home anywhere! Karen is happy to work outside the Carrum Downs area too! Thanks again to Karen, Troy and the Harcourts Carrum Downs team for a wonderful result in a difficult market!!

Just a note of thanks to you and Olivia for a very successful outcome regarding the sale of 85 Allied Drive, Carrum Downs. I think everyone would have been satisfied with the result. Garry is now a permanent resident at Vasey RSL Aged Care in South Frankston, due to the successful sale of his property. In conclusion I would have np hesitation in recommending Harcourts and yourself for any real estate business. Thanks again on behalf of Garry Howard, and regards from his brothers and carers, Ray and Kevin Howard, 29.8.2023
