We came to Brad to sell our piece of land during what was quite a stressful time. Brad was, calm, competent and gave us the confidence we needed. He assured us that our land would sell regardless of the current sentiment towards building. He was proactive, listened to our needs and balanced these with realistic expectations. Thank you Brad for a wonderful experience. :)

We approached Brad to sell our home after buying and selling with him previously. Brad spent the time explaining the sale process and made us feel at ease with realistic expectations for selling the property. His communication with us has always been timely and very reassuring. We were pleasantly surprised with the result of the sale. As a returning customer, I would definitely recommend Brad to future clients.

Bryce did a fantastic job selling our home, considering the market was not ideal for selling. But with that said, could not fault Bryce's persistence and willingness to try different approaches in trying to sell our home, which he did. We couldn't thank Bryce enough for his honesty and brilliant communication skills on a weekly basis which made the process a lot easier and smoother. Thanks again Bryce.

It’s been awhile since we have sold a house and found a few of the process had changed. Brad spent heaps of time walking us through how it all works now post Covid. The sale has had its ups and downs (as I’m sure all sales do), but Brad was always a phone call or text message away to reassure and support us as the seller. He was understanding of our personal situation and it felt like he went above and beyond to ensure our needs were met. I highly recommend Brad Ryan as a selling agent and have no hesitation in selecting 5 stars.
