Our experience with Grant Stephens and his team at Harcourts was second to none. Grant is amazing.
New to the real estate game, we were quite nervous, but Grant made everything easy and his team were always in contact with us to let us know the next steps. Grant called me personally many times to make sure I was okay and to check to see if things were going smoothly. Martin is very well informed on local markets insights and particularly relating in reference to the property I am settled on shortly. He has a calm and relaxed manner yet very proactive in keeping you informed throughout the process.The added support via the Harcourts office is also extremely helpful especially with the 'Move In' utilities connections partner service. Very helpful for a new Australian resident!

Put in long hours to help get our place sold
Guy Powell was our agent. He was brilliant. It took a while for our place to sell and at times my wife and I were in a state of despair. But Guy’s confidence never waivered.
