Vendor favoured experience
As a Real Estate Agent for 50 years it was obvious to me that Ed was a total professional. To be honest through the whole experienced I could feel he was favouring the Vendor and I felt he extracted every cent I could afford and pushed me to my limit. However If I ever sell I want Ed working for me as the Vendor….No doubt about it!

Guy guided us through and we are now the owners of our forever home
We met Guy at an open home and after chatting to him to say that property wasn't what we were looking for, he mentioned another property nearby. Turns out that property was exactly what we were looking for. This property was expression of interest which was a scary process for us but guy guided us through and we are now the owners of our forever home. Guys communication was great and his down to earth style was so refreshing.
