Our experience with Christine Tucker is always outstanding. After having a large unique waterfront family home with a granny flat for 5 years it was time to downsize to a smaller home, we didn't want to leave the Mermaid Waters area so our options were limited. Christine worked closely with to provide us with a solution to our needs. Christine's knowledge of the market and area is first class, Christine kept us up to date constantly on the outcomes of our open homes and inspections and was always available, Christine successfully sold our unique home and we have recently moved into our dream home only a short walk from the old house. A wonderful outcome from the best agent I know, we highly recommend Christine Tucker for your selling and buying needs!

As I am a Melbourne agent with over 30 years experience I knew what i was looking for. I selected Shaun because of his proven track record and his presentation was of a higher standard than other agents and his honesty in his appraisal. I was confident that he already had potential buyers on his data base and this proved to be correct. During the sale I was kept very well informed and had total confidence in his ability. I would have no hesitation in recommending Shaun

Steve Lewis did a wonderful job at selling my apartment. He went above and beyond and always returned my call. There's nothing worse then not having your call returned. He picked up every time. He was professional down to earth and did not waste my time. His commission and advertising rates are reasonable and very competitive. If you want someone that is committed to selling your home the way you want his your guy. Thank you Steve. Your the best.

Brian has sold a number of properties for us.He has an extremely broad knowledge of the home sales market on the Gold Coast and also achieved a great sale price everytime. We found Brian curtious, punctual and informative of our property sales.Nothing was ever a problem. We would recommend Brian as 100% proffessional and we will continue to have Brian sell our properties.

Christine has an approachable manner and was very helpful with our recent purchase of property. When it appeared the contract would fall through due to poor communication between respective lawyers, Christine was proactive in mediation to resolve the issues and we are very grateful for her professional approach

We found all communicate with Shaun Bourke to be very satisfactory. He went out of his way to ensure we were kept fully informed at all stages throughout the negotiation and contract period. He and his staff were always available for any questions we had. I would not hesitate to recommend Shaun to anyone looking to purchase a property. His knowledge and professionism is a credit to him.

I had never attended an auction before let alone bid at one so it was quite a daunting task. Grants team (in particular Lydia) were fantastic, they helped me with any information I needed and turned around contract changes extremely quickly. At no point was I left wondering what the next step was.

Robert is a very distinctive professional agent and would recommend him to anyone selling their property. Both myself and the managing agent who manages my property found Robert’s mannerism, responsiveness and dedication to a buyer and purchaser diligent. I received the price I was looking with Robert’s hard work.

Shaun is very reliable, trustworthy agent. We enlisted his services to sell or Mermaid Beach apartment in August 2016. He negotiated a successful sale 6 weeks later in tough market. We were extremely satisfied with the communication from Shaun and would recommend his services.
