Trish is the best agent we've ever used and made it possible to sell our house (within 3 days!) in order to purchase our perfect home. Unlike most agents she wasn't pushy and gave us all the facts which made the double settlement much easier to handle. If you're thinking about buying or selling and want someone who will truly help you, talk to Trish because she makes the process so much easier and less stressful. Thanks for all your help Trish, we will be highly recommending you to all our friends and family in the future!

This is the second time we've asked Christine to sell a property for us and once again she's done a great job. Thanks Christine we'll always recommend you to anyone we know that's selling.

Sharon was a pleasure to deal with. She was always accommodating, prompt and friendly in all of our dealings. I would highly recommend Sharon and Harcourts Coastal to friends and family.

We bought our house from Robert and he was very professional. He is not full of false promises and hair product like 'normal' agents! Whilst we weren't entirely planning on selling, Robert's knowledge of the market and potential buyers meant that a chance conversation turned into a very quick and painless sale, and at a price that we were extremely happy with. Robert is the only agent we would use in this area.

Communicating is often hard for me but Shaun made it all easy for me and made me feel comfortable communicating through out the whole process. Slamat Shaun.

Shaun was great and so easy to deal with throughout the sale of our property. He's a straight up guy who you can tell is genuine with a great deal of knowledge of the market. He managed a very quick sale on our unit and got us a price we were more than happy with. I would happily recommend Shaun for anyone looking for an agent and will definitely be using him again in the future.

Over our life time we have had quite a few dealings with different Real Estate agents. We can honestly say that Shaun was excellent, we left the sale and advertising in his capable hands, and everything ran so smoothly. We were kept informed constantly and Shaun replied to us very promptly if we called. Our unit sold on the first weekend of "open home" and had been listed for 5 days. We were very happy with the price and I doubt any other agent could have achieved such a result in the time. Shaun is a genuine nice person and it is a pleasure to have dealt with him. We would highly recommend Shaun to anyone buying or selling.

I would certainly recommend Shaun to sell your property as he has sold both our properties up the Gold Coast with a very Professioanl manner and knowledge of the market at the time of sale.
