As a buyer I got a strong sense that Emma genuinely cared about the Seller and what was actually important for them - beyond just a sale price, ego or any personally motivated targets - and she skilfully aligned that with a buyer that fit without unnecessary mucking around. She was the ultimate professional, direct and forthright in her communication and negotiation - while maintaining rapport - and I found her to stay true to her word. I very much respected her approach and think she deserves full credit for holding such a high standard. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend her to anyone selling their property that wants an excellent outcome and will listen to what's important for you. And for any buyers, I suggest treating her with respect as she's one of the good ones.

I have worked with Pat Ivey & team for two different house sales and would highly recommend him for a number of reasons, - he achieves results, when he says he will get you a top offer, he truely delivers. I received above asking on both properties. - his communication is excellent. Pat goes above and beyond which in a stressful sale makes this so smooth and easy - nothing is ever too much trouble to ask - he is always willing to jump in and help! If you need a certain contractor he will know someone ! I highly recommend Pat and will continue to use his services and expertise for any future sales.
