We all have an idea of a stereotypical real estate agent but you forget all about that once you meet Pat. He is able to assure you of things but is always cognisant of never betraying your trust or the trust of the other party. In our case, he was able to answer questions about the property, agreed to allow us to inspect the property at an odd time and never made us feel as though we were under any obligation to make an offer or bid on the property.
