Patrick has all the attributes of a great agent however in our case he managed a great result in a short time. He has all the positive adjectives the all good agents have but at the end of the day he is just a great agent who obviously loves his work

Professional and Down to Earth
Patrick was recommended as the individual to talk to in our area to sell our house. From the minute we met, he and his team were awesome to work with. Normally my experience with real estate sales people has been well below par, but Patrick sure has raised the bar. Patrick and his team (Jewlie Halliday and Nico Beri) have all the credentials that make them a power house team to consider selling or buying your next home. Despite achieving a higher result than expected, their open communication and rapport set the tone of our relationship. They have the best characteristics of a real estate agent including charisma and a positive attitude, though have other qualities rarely found amongst their peers including excellent communication skills, always courteous and friendly, they are passionate about their industry and their efficiency was second to none.
