What a legend
I had a good feeling about Pat from the start. His knowledge of the local market was obvious. He gave us great advice before we listed and kept us up to date throughout the process in a clear and transparent way. Trustworthy and authentic
When we were thinking about selling our house we knew Patrick would be the one to speak to. Patrick provided excellent local knowledge, was clear and responsive and made our selling process absolutely painless. We manged to get a higher offer than anticipated and it seems that Pat likes to under promise and over-deliver which is an excellent quality. Any time another agent or vendor would ask who we were selling with we were always met with such a lovely feedback regarding Pat's skills and character.
